I first met Mark Cooper at the North Vancouver Home Show in Lynn Valley, 2006.
After meeting with several other builders, we decided to pursue our home renovation ideas with him due to the strength of his interpersonal skills and his demonstrated ability to follow through on successful projects.
Over the subsequent months we worked closely with Mark and the designer (David Poskitt) from conceptual discussions right through to building permit drawings and submission. Mark was an eager participant throughout this process and his technical knowledge provided cost savings through value engineering to our initiative.
For personal reasons we were unable to complete our vision of renovating our home. Nevertheless, we have nothing but praise for Mark Cooper and we would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in carrying on with these or other home renovation plans.
