Just wanted to pass along our gratitude to you and all of your crew for doing such a great job of transforming of our little townhouse. Renovations are daunting. However, you did an exceptional job of managing the potential chaos that never came.
While this is not to say that we didn’t have little (er, okay some big) challenges along the way. From the flooding of our unit caused by a careless handyman working next door, to my insistence that our rather small 3 piece bath could indeed be transformed into a beautiful 4 piece tiled oasis, you took it all in stride.
What we really appreciated, more than anything was your connections with the trades and suppliers. We often felt lost and intimidated by the array of choices and possibilities. Your guidance and the professionalism of each of the subtrades you had on site, put at us at ease, and made it that much easier to find the right fit.
In the end, we have a home that is ours. Not only are we happy with the having experienced the renovation (several of our friends who have done renos have mentioned how lucky we were) but we see no reason to move regardless of what comes our way.
