We availed of the services of Mark Cooper and Shakespeare Homes for an urgent repair/replacement of a deck cantilevered from the rear of our house. We were readying the house for sale and the repair was necessary in order to list the house successfully.

Mark’s team were friendly, polite and worked in a fastidious and timely manner. There was little disruption or cleanup required after they completed the project. Mark was attentive to say the least, calling in to view progress and calling us to check if we were satisfied on a regular basis.
