We wanted to write this letter to express our sincere thanks to Mark and his team at Shakespeare Homes for doing such a fantastic job with our renovation. From the moment we met Mark we knew that he was extremely organized and detail oriented. He expertly guided us through our renovation from the stage of conception to completion.
One of the things that impressed us the most was Mark’s ability to manage our renovation and the people who work with him. Over the course of the three months that our renovation took place there were people in our home working every single day. Working under a tight time constraint (we were having our second baby) Mark was able to make sure that everything was completed on time. This was no simple feat considering we encountered several major unforeseen things that needed to be fixed along the way. We also really appreciated Mark’s ability to communicate with us throughout our renovation. We felt that we knew what was happening every step of the way. Anytime that we needed to ask Mark a question he always responded in a very timely manner.
Lastly, we would like to make note of Mark’s talented crew and the sub trades that he uses. Everyone that we met throughout the course of our renovation was extremely professional and hard working. They took care in what they did and it really shows in the final product.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shakespeare Homes to anyone who is looking to do a renovation. We are thrilled with our home and we wouldn’t change a thing!
