Poetry Coach House

Poetry Coach House was built as part of an executive family property, with generational living in mind from the start.

It is a two bedroom home on an open floor plan, with radiant in-floor heating throughout and the same level of finish as the main house rather than a lesser version of it. Conditioned attic space, on-demand domestic hot water and durable finishes are all built in.

That specification is also what makes it a strong source of passive rental income in the years the family does not need it, so the building earns its keep twice over.
