Modern Classic

Located in West Vancouver, Modern Classic is a thoughtfully crafted renovation that blends timeless architectural character with the functionality and openness of everyday living. Inspired by traditional design principles and a strong connection to nature, the home balances elegance, comfort, and practicality.

At the heart of the renovation is a spacious, open-concept kitchen designed to serve as both a functional cooking space and a natural gathering area for family and friends. Generous proportions, carefully selected materials, and refined detailing create a warm and welcoming environment that anchors the home’s main living spaces. Strong visual connections between the kitchen, dining, and living areas support a more connected and social way of living.

Throughout the home, traditional architectural elements and classic detailing have been thoughtfully reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Natural light, views of the surrounding landscape, and a carefully curated material palette create interiors that feel bright, calm, and enduring. The renovation respects the home’s original character while introducing the comfort, efficiency, and flow expected of a 21st century family residence.
